I’ve ordered from Gap Factory a handful of times, mostly basic stuff like tees and kids’ clothes, and the items themselves have always shown up in good shape. The delivery is just kind of all over the place. One package got to my porch a day early, which was a nice surprise because I was literally making coffee when the notification popped up. Another order took longer than expected, and the tracking barely changed for a few days, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. Nothing ever went missing, so I can’t complain too much, but I do wish the shipping felt a little more consistent. Overall, not terrible, just average for me.

I ordered a few kids’ clothes from gapfactory.com, and the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. It said it could take around a week, so I wasn’t really expecting it soon, but then it showed up in about 4 days. I loved that, even though part of me was like, why give such a long estimate if it can come that fast?

The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tracking was kind of useless at first. It barely updated, so I thought maybe it hadn’t even shipped yet, which was annoying. But at the same time, it arrived earlier than expected and everything was packed just fine, so I can’t complain too much.

The returns and emails are also easy to deal with, which I appreciate. It’s nothing super fancy, but it works well enough and saves me some money here and there, so I’m happy with it.

i was expecting the refund to take way longer after sending a couple things back to gapfactory.com. It ended up showing back on my card in about 5 days, which wasn’t bad at all. I’m taking off one star though because the return tracking was a little confusing.

The bag itself was kind of wrinkled when I took it out, like it had been pressed or shifted around during shipping, but nothing was actually damaged or unusable. It just didn’t look super neat right out of the package, so if you care a lot about presentation, that might be something to know.
